If we are successful, these contributors will feel confident that they can continue contributing on that topic and change the conversation on Wikimedia projects.</li>\n<li>In the long term, we may seek more transformative goals such as: changing the types of sources used on Wikipedia as references; making it easier for a marginalized group to participate in the community (such as closing the gender gap); or shaping public access to knowledge on hard issues.</li>\n</ol></ol></ol>\n<p></p>"}
