During the course, we want to walk you through the main things that a campaign needs in terms of steps needed to design the larger campaign. This includes:

  • Unit 1: Learning what the Wikimedia Movement means by Knowledge Gaps and Topics for Impact
  • Unit 2: Using Knowledge Frameworks to Build Topic Lists for Wikimedia Activities
  • Unit 3: Identifying the Right Participants for Your Wikimedia Activities
  • Unit 4: Creatively Identifying ways to Engage Your Audience
  • Unit 5: Exploring Established Models of Activity in the Wikimedia Movement
  • Unit 6: Getting Support to Run Your Project Within the Wikimedia Movement

If you feel like you need additional support for another skill, we encourage you to ask questions in the forum, telegram or weekly office hours.

By the end of this program, successful participants will be able to lead campaigns targeted at climate, gender and sustainability and apply these skills to build broader calls to action focused on any topics for impact campaigns and programs they are interested in designing.
