Wikimedians in Residence support staff at a partner organization, and identify how to best facilitate the partner and it’s audiences on the Wikimedia projects.</p>
<p style="width: 70%;">Because Wikipedians in Residence are less focused on creating content, and are more focused on facilitating participation in the Wikimedia community, the can use many of the campaign tactics we have described already or some of the non-campaign tactics below to facilitate filling knowledge gaps.</p>
