<li><strong>When highlighting a problem, the communication focuses on solutions</strong> -- solution oriented communication produces better responses, and reduces denial.</li>
<li><strong>Wherever possible, personal stories and examples are shared to make the decisions closer to reality</strong> -- one of the challenges with global issues like climate change is they are abstract.</li>
