Personas can be built from extensive research, such as interviews with people that you want to serve, or be used as a way to share strategic insight amongst a core team who is interested. Personas are commonly used in Marketing, Software Development and other professional spaces.</p> <p>To understand our primary audiences of campaign participants, we are going to talk about the other actors usually involved in campaigns: both local and international partners, and the actors that might participate from within the existing Wikimedia community, such as affiliates, experienced contributors and other organizers.</p>"
