These groups have provided powerful international and local forums for convening folks interested in addressing knowledge gaps </span></p>

A few of these were coordinated by Elisabeth von Muench (User:EMSmile) and funded by several international development funders. These projects model several kinds of “Topics for Impact'' tactic options.</span></p>

The event focused on generating content about the SDGs both in English and non-English Wikipedias. The event was novel in that it was a newcomer focused event hosted over several weeks, and had high participation because of the audience invited by the partner. </span></p>

This campaign uses the formula of list building, participant recruitment and contribution similar to other campaigns, however, is less focused on converting the participants into contributors.</span></p>
