For this section, we are going to suggest several ways that you might justify your work and communicate the impact of content.</p> <h4><strong>Identifying potential of knowledge gaps for readers: Pageviews</strong></h4> <p>Historically, Wikimedia organizers have used pageviews to quantify impact for the Wikis. You can evaluate the pageviews of a singular page using the <a href="https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/" target="_blank">PageViews Analysis suite on Wikimedia Cloud</a>. See how you can compare the pageviews to several Wikipedia pages about the Sustainable Development Goals:</p> <p><iframe src="https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/?project=en.wikipedia.org&amp;platform=all-access&amp;agent=user&amp;redirects=0&amp;range=latest-20&amp;pages=Sustainable_Development_Goal_5|Sustainable_Development_Goal_3|Sustainable_Development_Goal_6" height="530px" width="100%" title="Lets connect"></iframe></p> <p>Once you have created a list of topics, there is also a tool called Massviews Analysis within the Pageview Analysis suite that allow batch analysis of the list:</p> <p><iframe src="https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/massviews/?platform=all-access&amp;agent=user&amp;source=category&amp;range=latest-20&amp;subjectpage=0&amp;subcategories=0&amp;sort=views&amp;direction=1&amp;view=list&amp;target=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Sustainable_Development_Goals" height="530px" width="100%" title="Lets connect"></iframe></p> <p>You can also access pageview data through various APIs within the Wikimedia ecosystem, and some of these have been used to show impact of content in other ways. For example, for media files you can use BaGlama 2 and GLAMorgan (for more tools for these kinds of impact, see <a href="https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM/Resources/Tools" target="_blank">this list</a>) to evaluate the relative impact of media files. Similarly, on English Wikipedia the Community Tech Bot maintains <a href="https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Community_Tech/Popular_pages_bot" target="[object Object]">popular pages reports for WikiProjects</a>. For example, see the Popular Pages Report for WikiProject Climate Change: </p> <p><iframe src="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Climate_change/Popular_articles" height="530px" width="100%" title="Lets connect"></iframe></p>"
