The event focused on generating content about the SDGs both in English and non-English Wikipedias. The event was novel in that it was a newcomer focused event hosted over several weeks, and had high participation because of the audience invited by the partner. </span></p> <br /> <p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Important to the success of the event was that EMSmile pre-generated draft articles for newcomers to expand, persistent and regular coaching of participants in office hours and online chat, and a well-recruited set of newcomers with non-trivial research and writing experience on the topic. </span></p> <br /> <p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Working with experts to identify gaps</span></p> <p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Recently,  EMSmile has been working with the Stockholm Environmental Institute to improve documentation of key concepts related to SDG 6: Clean Water and Santiation, SDG 13: Climate Action and SDG 14: Life Below Water.
